For security purposes, the billing and shipping addresses must match on all orders. If there is a mismatch and a dispute or chargeback occurs, TheKashhWay is not liable and will not issue any refunds under any circumstances.
Please check the address you provide before placing your order, and make sure to include the apartment number if applicable. If your item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee.
Please allow 24-72 hours to prepare your order before shipping. After processing, your order will be shipped, and priority shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
International orders may take up to 14 days for delivery, depending on the region.
The Kashh Way does not cover any tariffs or customs fees.

Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible, and any questions or concerns should be directed to them at 1-800-275-8777.
The Kashh Way is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or courier delays.
